Sushi Rice (1kg)

  • Unlike most other rice types, sushi rice is made up of short, round grains. When cooked, they are slightly sticky which makes them easy to form shapes for nigiri, maki, temaki and more. Sushi rice can be eaten plain, with a gravy or stir-fried. We love sushi rice because it's an incredibly versatile staple and can be eaten hot or cold.
